Place is RIDICULOUS!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you buy something and it breaks don’t waste your time because they won’t care! If I come in 3 days prior and by an item and I’m told THREE DAYS to exchange then they should honor that rather the item is defective or not!! I bought a pair of 20$ sandals that the buckle broke on after 30 min of wear and they would not honor the return so now I am out that money and have a broke pair of shoes I can’t wear and the lady was VERY RUDE. I have worked retail and the CUSTOMER should ALWAYS be RIGHT!!! She wouldn’t even consider trying to help me or work with me and pretty much called me a liar saying that they were worn longer than the 30 min even tho I have proof of that!!! Very very ridiculous and rude. I won’t shop there again after that. Shouldn’t telll people THREE days and not honor that because the product didn’t hold up...
