I had passed this antique shop from time to time over the last few years always admiring the window displays but the last time I had gone in was years ago. I stopped by the shop yesterday and even though it was closing time - 5:00pm - and the owner (Lynda) was at the front door, she welcomed me right in. The shop has an impressive selection of majolica pottery and crystal Christmas trees. Lynda was so friendly and knowledgeable. We chatted about American art pottery companies and what we were collecting and she showed me the various fruit patterns of an entire group of 20 French majolica plates. Like literally the woman screamed at me! Why do you have pricing on a sticker on the bottom of pieces? I am not a child looking at antiques. It was a terrible atmosphere. They would rudely tell people to leave if they were only looking. I planned on purchasing a christmas jewel tree and I would never go back there. The woman sitting at the desk by the fireplace/mantle is a snooty...
