Went is shopping and overheard this young lady who wanted to exchange a necklace she received. What a horrible place that they shamed her and then gave her a smaller charm and charged her an uncharged because the price of silver went up. The store owner was so nasty and I felt so bad for this young lady. I will never buy a gift for anyone in here now. Then I heard from another customer they contacted the person she sold it to to let them know it was exchanged. Shop somewhere else people. These type of places should not be supported.
