Really messy ordering online experience.
Day one - ordered a smoothie and cold brew. Wait time and pickup experience pretty subpar. Wait time was expected to said to be 20 minutes but it was over 30. Pickup had a lot of confused people standing around on the street. Why tell us the order is ready when it clearly wasn’t? Isn’t that the whole idea of technology ?
Day two - ordered just a cold brew, told it would be 20 minutes again, that’s fine. Arrived at the location as the order ready text came in and was offered someone else’s two drinks. Was told to wait a bit more when I pointed out the mistake. Waited another 10 minutes, still wasn’t ready when I checked back in. Which is surprising as it takes less that 20 seconds to prepare a cold brew. I was informed by another staff that he has called my name 4 times already , but my drink wasn’t available when I asked about it . He offered to get it remade , I declined, I didn’t want to wait an hour for my coffee. I told him to cancel the order and refund me. I tried to reach out to getbento for help with their order they said I had to call Lemon Press, but didn’t get an answer when I did.
There is also no way to contact them through their website, e.g. email address or contact form and I did try to call. I did submit the feedback form after my order, so maybe I’ll be refunded, who knows.
Update : Was offered a refund, never got it after a month....
Read moreLemon Press is a bright and airy cafe located in the heart of Nantucket's downtown historic district. The menu features a variety of healthy and delicious options, including organic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, as well as smoothies, juices, and coffee.
I recently visited Lemon Press for brunch and had the avocado toast, which was served on fresh sourdough bread with poached eggs, pickled vegetables, quinoa, and pea shoots. The toast was perfectly cooked and the avocado was creamy and flavorful. I also tried the truffled breakfast potatoes, which were crispy and flavorful, and the iced matcha latte, which was smooth and refreshing.
The service at Lemon Press was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, I had a great experience at Lemon Press. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend Lemon Press to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal in Nantucket.

Read moreI’ve come here multiple times over the years. Cocktails are very good. Bartenders and service is always very friendly and interactive.
They also have a walk up coffee/juice/small bites bar at the front door. If it’s cold outside, it’s gonna be cold inside FYI. If you need a jacket outside, you will need a jacket inside. Noise level is moderate. Prices are island appropriate. Mediterranean/healthy vibe to menu. Today I tried the Turkish eggs. I thought it was very good. Flavors are subtle. It’s not overpowering. Not spicy. Very nice healthy breakfast especially if you’re looking something with some greens in it. I’ve been coming here for years and I will keep coming here. It’s very casual but high quality. It can be a little cold, breezy and loud, but it’s not trying to be a high and fancy restaurant. There are plenty of other places to go for fancy. If you’re looking for breakfast in the Historical Main St., District, and you don’t want a sandwich or burrito in a grab and go setting, this is definitely the place to go. Hands Down! (NOT Just a breakfast place....
