Waterside Shops — Attraction in Naples

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Waterside Shops. On December 28th around 2:00 PM, I encountered a distressing situation in the parking lot that left me and my family feeling disrespected and discriminated against.

While waiting for a parking spot, a driver blatantly took the spot I had been waiting for, despite my signals. When I approached her politely to explain, she became defensive, claimed she didn’t see me, and began making discriminatory comments about my accent, even yelling, “Go back to where you came from.”

To make matters worse, when security arrived, they immediately sided with her without listening to my side or investigating what happened. They dismissed my concerns and allowed her to leave, citing her "safety," even though she was the one being confrontational and disrespectful.

This lack of professionalism and fairness from security staff is unacceptable. As a loyal customer and a former employee of one of the stores at Waterside Shops, I expected better treatment. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents are handled more appropriately...

RUDE store Manager at that Apple store!!! I went there this morning and was waiting in line for 3 hours to get the new iPhone 7 plus for my daughter. I was the first in line when they finally opened at 11:33. One of their associates came to me and ask me what I wanted help with. I told him I'm here to order an iPhone 7 plus blcack. He told me they didn't have that color in stock if I want a different color. I told him the gold pink but they didn't have that in stock either. Then I asked him what do they have in stock? That lady was there, they Manager, she came and told me: " We can't go through our inventory with you, if you can't find what you want just go!" I think Apple products are great, but if they can only hire RACIST and RUDE people like that Manager at their stores they will loose lots of clients. I'm not going back to that...

Very beautiful place. Here you can find a lot of different and high quality stores, such as Ann Taylor, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Rolex and so many others. You can buy a beautiful dress or a purse or a watch, there are a lot of options in this place. Prices are very high, but that is because all the stores here belongs to very famous and expensive brands. Also you can have lunch or dinner in Waterside Shops. There are a lot of good restaurants here. I had lunch in Brick Top's and everything was good. I had a great time here, the staff was very nice and everything was cleaned and delicious.
