I didn’t end up getting anything YET but I wanted to say, today (7/29) the ladies who worked there was so helpful. I brought my baby and right away they saw I was struggling with my stroller. My baby is teething and had a big melt down! I’ve never experienced him having a melt down like that in public but they could see I was struggling even more! The employees were SO KIND AND NON JUDGMENTAL! You can tell they enjoy their jobs and truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you for still making me feel welcome even though I was struggling. I cannot say enough good about this place. We had the kindest associate help us. I cannot remember her name but I believe it was similar to Maxi or Macy, but I know it began with an M and she was GORGEOUS and so, so helpful!! We had no idea we could get stones set right there and she filled us in on it and because of her suggestions and help, we got 3 rings!!! Cannot say enough good about this store and the lovely girl who helped us. My mom and I will now forever have matching rings to remember our amazing trip to Florida! Fantastic...

We have been shopping at this location for years and today will be our last. I went into the store today to purchase something and I was treated very poorly….a few of the workers can be very rude and condescending. Instead of welcoming people that frequently purchase at the store with “welcome back” they have negatively asserted comments and overall demeanors that truly make a guest feel unwelcome and a bother. We will now be driving to Sarasota or shopping online for purchases. If I could post zero...
