Review for Crest Foot Massage in Green Hills
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Having frequented Crest Foot Massage on an almost weekly basis for several years now, I felt it was high time to share my experience with the wider public. It's rare for me to pen reviews, but some experiences are too exceptional to keep to oneself.
From the moment I set foot (pun intended) in their establishment, the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction have remained consistently high. The ambiance is soothing, and the premises are always impeccably clean and well-maintained.
A special shoutout to Jeff, who has been my go-to masseur throughout this time. His expertise, paired with his intuitive understanding of customer needs, makes every session a therapeutic delight. He epitomizes the quality and dedication that Crest Foot Massage brings to every appointment.
The punctuality with which they handle their bookings is commendable. No needless waits or last-minute rescheduling. Every aspect of their service is tailored to offer clients an uninterrupted and rejuvenating experience.
For those residing in or visiting Green Hills, do yourself a favor and book a session at Crest Foot Massage. Your feet, and indeed your entire being, will thank you for it. Highly...

I parked at the customer parking lot, and my car had been booted before the massage. I asked the woman at the front to explain the situation, but she refused and advised me to pay the fine first and said “after, gift card!” continuously. I thought she was saying they can refund it by gift card. So I paid the fine for booting and went back to Crest.
But the woman said gift card is $65 and I had to pay for it as evidence of being a customer of Crest.
Once I refused and asked them about working with me on the fine (I was a regular customer), she ignored me and walked away from me. While I was taking on my phone, a tall man came and forcefully grabbed my hand to make me talk to his boss on another phone. I tried to say no, but he pushed his phone on my other ear. I felt really weird and scared. I should have...
Read moreCustomer service was very uninviting but the massage was okay. There was just no care put into our visit. It was my wedding anniversary so my husband and I decided to try this place and get a massage. From walking in, there was minimal direction given. Once we went into the massage room, two gentleman waited at our chairs without speaking. I was confused because I didn’t know where to place my bag, how to sit in the chair or what to expect. The man just did a motion like “come on, hurry and sit down”. My husband said his massage was painful, the man just dug his elbow in him. My massage was good but very rough. I could tell my massage man was experienced so i commend him for that. It was not a relaxing spa experience. There was so much lack of communication it was uncanny, almost like they didn’t want us there. I’m not saying that, but that...
