Honestly, the food is phenomenal. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I did not get a dressing with my togo salad. When I called to let them know, the "managers" response was (why didn't you just come back and get it" First of all, I'm not close enough to "just come back." When I told him this, he said "well you can always come back for the dressing." I work at a busy office so by the time I could call them, it was 4 hours after my lunch, so dressing isn't really going to help me right now. He then hung up on me without an apology what so ever. I called back and that was when he informed me he was the manager. Wow. Their manager is apparently allowed to speak very rudely to their customers. After he told me he was the manager, he then said "you can always come by here and tell me to my face" O, I will. Again, food is great, but very very POOR customer service. I've never had a bad meal here, everything always fresh. Began frequenting this place nearly 10 years ago at the Belmont location. All three locations were fantastic but only Green Hills remains. Fond memories of frequenting Belmont and Green Hills locations with my daughter who was attending Belmont. We're from California so I tried to get as many Kalamata's forays in as possible when visiting our daughter. Read moreI gave 5 stars a year ago. I absolutely loved this restaurant when it opened in 2004. I have been known to eat here three times in two days. I frequented the Brentwood location as well. Yesterday and my previous visit were so disappointing compared to the quality over the years. The salads are not as fresh. The beef seemed sub par. The owner is amazing, and I loved this restaurant. And, it saddens me that the kabob plate tasted more like roast beef than the tenderloin of the past. The salad was nothing close to the past. I hope to hear this...
