Update 05/17/2021. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I dealt with Desiree today and she was super helpful and patient and kind. I swear you guys you can’t get a better jewelry family than these guys!! I won’t go anywhere else ever!!
The ladies there were amazing very patient and very helpful we left with the ring I wanted and I cant stop staring at it. I honestly feel like a movie star at a red carpet event. Couldn't be happier highly recommend. I went back tonight 1/11/2020 and we got a necklace for my late christmas present and the gentleman helping me tonight was awesome. This store will not let you down. Keep in mind I was the jerk that went in 20 minutes before they closed(I already knew what I was coming for) but I browsed and checked out some other items not once was I rushed or hurried out the door so they could go home. I will continue to return to this helzberg store and continue to tell everyone I come in contact with to go here. Thank you guys so much.

Read moreToday 7.31.22 I went into the Opry Mills Mall after speaking to the corporate office and a lady at this Nashville location. I had 4 rings that needed cleaning and inspection, plus my engagement ring that had lost its center sapphire, the store manager Desiree Polo refused to help me, wouldn't check the system for my warranty, going so far as to literally kick me out of the store when I asked for the regional managers information, which she refuse to provide, saying it was a "private" number. Their corporate office as well as one of her employees had told us we had everything we needed to come in. I called the customer service line which was so helpful and they agreed she was in the wrong. She refused to even let me finish my sentence and when I asked her not to interrupt me, in front of other customers, that is when she kicked me out. Yes, I do talk a little loud but I am almost completely deaf in one ear for the last 15 years, I never cursed at her, yelled or even got rude. When I told her what corporate and her employee told us, she wouldn't even hear me out. I was a customer of Helzburg way before they even came to Nashville. Needless to say, I am probably not a customer anymore! So...

I had to have a major surgery 2 days after Christmas so I wasn’t able to wear my earrings much but the 3rd time I was putting them on,they broke in half they had like a small etched design and it literally broke right in half when I tried to put them on. I called them and told them I cannot get up there, but as soon as I was able to drive I would be there,so I brought them down there last week,it had been two months and I told them I just wanted to exchange them for another pair of equal or less value but because he did not buy the warranty, they would not do the exchange. I understand some people will ageee but I feel like this is a product that should’ve lasted and that the company would want to make it right to the person that spent their money there. It was a lot of money for my husband to spend and it’s just sad that they will do anything to help us make the situation correct when it was their faulty product, but anyways, just so nobody else has to go through this I thought I would share.
