Cascades Lobby - Opryland Hotel — Hotel in Nashville-Davidson

So it is beautiful. I recommend staying once just to see it.. but your paying the extra for the opportunity to pay extra. Its basically a mall. Don't get me wrong, its pretty but the rooms don't even have a microwave. Its a hotel but the rooms are the last thing they seemed to be worried about. Couldn't figure out the wifi. It didn't pop up on any of our phones to connect. My kids had to eat cold left overs from our dinner after swimming because no microwaves and everything is overpriced after you pay for overpriced rooms. It is pretty. The pool is nice and the...

Useless customer service. Handicapped customer treated with such disrespect starting at the parking lot where we were unable to drop off the person at the door, not one person got a shuttle car to us after we were forced to park over 1 mile away and limp in. Useless people. All they cared about was holding up traffic. Got in and no handicapped assistance Never going back. 9pm... Still a line at the ladies room...massive people gathering establishment .. 4 toilets in the ladies room. App had horrible...

Friendly and fast service. Delicious food. We didn’t wait one minute to get a table. Great views from every angle sitting in the atrium. I started off with the Wedge Salad. It was delicious! Then for my entree I had the BBQ Shrimp over Heirloom Corn Grits and Charred Corn Relish. It was incredible!!! (The grits could have been just a little more “temperature” hotter…. but it was delicious.) I would highly recommend Cascades in the Gaylord...
