their marketing and branding make them and their products seem like you’re getting too knotch, quality stuff. Don’t be fooled like we were.

(we purchased our wedding bands online because we are living in san Francisco emailed with them to get actual photos vc their beautiful images online) TLDR: don’t waste your time or money or you’ll be stuck with something forever they you don’t love.

While commend them for their style, unfortunately the jewelry feels like costume jewelry or lower prices everyday jewelry for a very high price tag. unlike your average jeweler, they share very little information about your jewelry on the website until you get your appraisal (we had our sent to us after we wrote them sharing out concerns). we brought our rings to our local jeweler who looked at the appraisals and the rings to explain to us why CTW made the ring the ring the way that they did and it made us feel a little bit better about why the ring felt fake to is(fake because it weighs like nothing feel like it can break easily or bend. the diamond quality is questionable- it’s likely the type of cut we got, in the light it shines but in the dark away from light it looks cloudy, less metal under the stones). I also wasn’t impressed with the packaging, you would think the jewelry would come in an actual jewelry box (esp wedding bands), and it just come in vc a branded box.

they also, they make rings “made to order” and don’t accommodate date returns or changes unlike your local jeweler. picture is the bad w my engagement ring that we got from our jeweler and we able to get this customized, changed and fixed no problems…no extra cost and it feels like it will last a life time… CTW i don’t think they would even resize it if you ask… they trust they’re sizing...

There are not enough words to describe how INCREDIBLE of an experience my fiancée and I had working with the team of experts at Consider over the past few months. I will try to be brief, but I can't promise anything because I am just so passionate about these folks being the best in the game.

Let me start off by saying that I am probably not the easiest customer—I overanalyze everything. So when it came to picking a stone for my fiancée's engagement ring, I was... neurotic. Annie (Director of Bridal Sales) was BEYOND patient with me and my quirks throughout the process. She took every opportunity to educate me during the stone shopping process. She was thoughtful and creative right alongside me as we worked out every little detail of the ring. Through every stage—from stone selection to design to fabrication and delivery—Annie and the team made me feel like I was the only person they were working with at the time—unbelievably prompt, transparent and accommodating at every turn.

And... after a 60+ email thread, countless visits to the store (to look at the same stone too many times just to be sure), phone calls, texts, number crunching on the dimensions of the stone, and probably driving their entire team crazy—they absolutely delivered the most amazing ring. It was everything my fiancée wanted and more. Their team made the entire process approachable, comprehensive and so much fun, making our engagement that much more special and something we will cherish forever!

I had been looking for the right ring for about 8 months before I found Consider the Wldflwrs. My now fiancé wanted a less traditional engagement ring (read: not a diamond) and I had a general idea of the style she would like. I reached out to Consider through their online portal to learn about what designing a custom ring would look like and they were quick to schedule me to come in and chat. I had the pleasure of working with Annie Redovian at the East Nashville location, who helped me create the most stunning custom ring. She was very detail oriented and helped me customize size, shape, color, setting, prongs, stones, and more. It was honestly astounding to see how many options there were for customization, which made this ring truly one of a kind. She found and brought in several ethically sourced green sapphires until I found the one that felt right. The care that they take to make sure their materials are conflict-free is a huge plus. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring and I had such a great experience working with Annie and Consider the Wldflwrs to make this happen. They also offer a free resizing that we have taken advantage of and free cleaning. 100% would recommend them for anyone looking for custom pieces or even if you're just looking for some tasteful...
