Stayed with this company two years ago. I don’t know why anyone would either rent a vrbo or stay with this company. They were impossible to work with. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed when we got there, we noticed an end table’s top was not connected to the base so we moved it, even though that was against the rules, but I let them know about that amongst all the tape on the walls. The rules were basically set for failure though I met all of them. I don’t think the cleaning company reported how bad of shape the place actually was in. I thought they were being co siderate bh responding to my complaints/ heads up that I didn’t physically break anything or, for example, leave tape on the walls because it was on their giant rule list. So, I gave them 5 stars bc it was a cool place, that was literally the only reason why. Then I found out they gave me two and would t speak to me again. They blocked my number and Kevin even blocked me on li led on when I wrote him a professional note. I have never received such bad business in my entire life to the point it’s been two years and I’m still mad. I was wondering if they were still even around. After seeing reviews, I have no idea how. DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked this place for our Nashville trip in the middle of February. Of course this time of year you have to worry about getting sick and traveling in inclement weather. My friends and I were nervous our flight would get canceled because we saw a snowstorm on the weather forecast a week in advance. We kindly asked for the cancellation policy in case for some reason we could not make it. We were told we would not be able to get a refund if we could not make it for any reason even though we asked a WEEK in advance. They were not empathic or accommodating in any way. A couple days before the trip was planned half of us came down with the flu. We again asked what our options were or if we could rebook. They canceled our reservation. When we asked them to please reinstate the reservation because half of us were still able to make it they told us no and again we would not be refunded. When we called the management company we were met with complete unprofessionalism and aggressiveness. YOU CANT NOT REFUND SOMEONE AND ALSO NOT ALLOW THEM TO STAY THERE. Don't ever stay here unless you want to get robbed of your money these people are...

We stayed here through AirBnB in a unit owned by KEVIN. This was the absolute worse possible experience we could have ever imagined. If you have any value in yourself & your time DO NOT STAY IN ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY KEVIN & KELLY!!!! We booked a 3 night stay & the AC went out after the first day. The temperature quickly climbed to over 80 degrees for the duration of our stay. We were offered no refund & had to go through AirBnB management to get any amount out of the extremely disrespectful & unhelpful “host”. If we could have left we would have. Save yourself the misery & book somewhere else. Also small issues to note were : a very uncomfortable mattress with a loud squeaky bed frame, dirty walls, a dryer vent that had probably not been cleaned in months, very low water pressure in the shower & a dead snake plant.
