Framebridge — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I am sharing my experience with Framebridge so others can feel confident in utilizing their excellent website and personalized services. I had been on their website recently and enjoyed using their online services for framing digital images. I was having trouble sizing my image into the chosen frame. Thankfully, a video on YouTube was recently posted by Jenna, general manager for their Nashville store. Even though I don't reside in TN, I tracked Jenna down at that store via phone and she was kind enough to help me. She sized my photograph to fit one of their beautiful frames. I received a call from an associate (Sara) at that store a short time later. Voila! My picture was sized, matted and framed so that I will be able to place it on a tabletop, the intended location. Jenna and Sara are the best! I want to thank them for their dedicated service and professionalism as well as Framebridge for its endless framing options. Had a poor experience today at the store in Nashville. I had stopped by earlier this weekend to confirm they had a chocolate colored mat for my Hermes scarf. The man working said yes they did and showed me the option and I said I would be back with my scarf the following day. When I came back the following day they told me they could not do any color other than white for a mat. This seemed odd as they had the same scarf framed on their display wall and I had just watched three TikTok‘s of other people getting colored mats with their Hermes scarves. Was very disappointed and find it hard to believe a framing business only offers white matting even if for larger art.

Jenna recently helped us at the Nashville Framebridge, and it was excellent! We got professional design input for each of our framing projects, and ended up with frames and mats that we couldn’t have designed ourselves.
