Music Valley Village is a popular tourist attraction. Across the street from the Opry Hotel and convention center. Home of the nashville palace where many a Opry star preformed and guests shuffled around on the dance floor. Full of tourist stores and places to find a good meal. Just a block or two east, on the other end of the Hotel, you will find the new Opry house where you can see live taped performances of the biggest stars in county music. Just beyond that is the now famous Opry mills shopping mall which was flooded out in 2010. Completely rebuilt and open for business, people come from all over the world to shop and relax in this fun filled tourist destination. The Opry Hotel, Opry House, and Opry Mills, is the former site of...

Located directly across from the Opry and Gaylord Hotel, itâs a convenient stop if youâre in the area.
A real local hangoutâmany Nashville artists frequent the bars here, making it a great place to spot rising stars.
Unlike Broadway, which is packed with tourists, this area has a more authentic feel for those who want a true Nashville music experience.
The Not-So-Good:
While the area is improving, it still needs some sprucing up to truly shine again.
Many visitors miss out on this spot because they assume Broadway is the place to beâif only they knew where the real talent hangs out!
Final Thoughts: If youâre looking for a more laid-back, authentic Nashville experience, Music Valley Village is worth a visit. Stop by late at night, hit up the local bars, and you just might catch a rising country star before they...
Read moreNashville Palace had a great thing going. Tourists have taken over, but I will forever be a regular here. Note to tourists: please respect dancers' space, don't stand on our dance floor, it's already too packed, and we are actually put in danger of falling when you stand anywhere inside the railing. There's plenty of space for spectators and a better view from the bar area behind the floor. Also for the love of all things dance, if you want to learn a dance stay to the outside and give room. Do not stand on top if a dancer and continue to bash into them while drunk and oblivious to their safety. It's a good way to accide tally get kicked in the shin. Lol we love new dancers, just please be respectful. Come out and...
