Rowdy Boats — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

I had a bachelor/bachelorette party that had 17 people. I picked a boat that fit 16 but before I booked I called and made sure it was okay to have an extra person and word for word on the phone they said "that is totally fine- of course. The boat actually fits up to 20." I said great and we booked. One hour before we get there we get 4 calls and texts saying we have too many waivers when we are 45 minutes away... One of girls had to turn around and go home. The boat captain said no that's wrong and we cant do that AFTER WE CONFIRMED AND PAID. They said it was due to weather which it didn't even rain on us/ we already didn't have enough seats on the boat.... and we were on the boat for less then 20 minutes and one extra person wouldn't have caused anything wrong because we were in the water the whole time . They also stated they knew the guy who said yes but that's not correct but this was the owner of the company stating this. I would recommend choosing a different company if you want a rowdy time and people that honor what they say...

We were in Nashville for the 4th of July, group of 17 and had rented a boat for the 5th. Unfortunately, our friend was one of the 3 people shot after the fireworks celebration by a stray bullet and taken to a local hospital (there were several news articles to support this, as well as obvious evidence, if requested). We were not discharged from the hospital until 5 a.m., so we called to cancel our boat ride due to this extreme unforeseen circumstance. We never received a call back that day, and then when we followed up again to inquire on at least a partial refund, we were told there were "no exceptions", even after explaining the gravity of what happened.

I am not one to leave untoward reviews, and I understand this is a business, but this was truly something NO ONE could've predicted and I found it a bit unprofessional to not even receive an initial acknowledgement or offer of a...
