Ever seen the Pretty Woman scene with the snobby saleswoman? Well, that is this store. Been here a few times over 3 years and that’s exactly how we are treated every time. Never a hello when we walk in and followed around the store constantly. However, every Middle Ages white woman was greeted with a “Hello!! How are you?!” We were going to buy a few items but after the saleswoman needed to move a box two inches from the wall right beside me, I knew they were just watching me. If you are looking for truly functional kitchen wares and home goods, then White's is not what you're looking for. It is a much better store for finishing touches and more decorative pieces rather than highly functional. This is true for many of the new stores who are catering to mainly a younger population. If I could give half stars, then I would give White's 3.5 as there are some nice items, but if you need functional kitchen or home essentials then go to a kitchen store. Really cute store with very unique items. Found some awesome gifts there for friends and family. Although it is extremely expensive - there was a plate there I had purchased from the CMHF for 2 dollars cheaper. Found the atmosphere extremely off-putting, as the staff will not say hi to you or acknowledge you. They actually were just watching another staff member try and clothes and use the mirror while other customers were trying to use the mirror to shop.
