The rules with the teens is absolutely ridiculous. I went in with my friends, 2 of us of which are 18, accompanied by 3 underage teens. This follows all of the guidelines since we are adults who accompanied them, yet we were kicked out of the establishment with items to buy in hand. This is terrible customer service. EDIT: Reporting me to my school is an interesting turn of events for a review? I am an adult. Which counts as an adult chaperone thanks! Love the absolute welcoming atmosphere that we feel! It's insane to me how entitled you feel:)! Again please look into getting some help with your customer service skills!!! This obviously isn't the first time people have had issues looking at the reviews:) I am actually so bewildered at your response to the point I don’t know how your store has been running this long with this unprofessionalism from you with you’r response to me and my friend, who even worked for you for a while, you truly lost out on a lot of business and your image in Community Montessori student’s eyes. Also: I did not have my parent leave a review that was someone else who was unhappy with how you acted yesterday. We gladly will never give you business again. I have never felt more unwelcome and like a horrid person than due to this establishment and ownership! Actually wonderful to have you in the community once again!! Hope people receive better service in the future. Thanks for the WONDERFUL response madam. ALSO: I will gladly and I mean so giddily keep this honest review of your store from my perspective, I shared my experience, and I wish for others to be aware of what may come. So thankful I was banned from the place I wouldn’t even think to glance at anymore with how the owner of the establishment has been acting and targeting towards an 18 year old girl specifically. Good day. Here’s a picture of me in your shop by the way since you keep talking so much about it! So would’ve shouted you out with a good review if you went about it better! Also I just be playing with blocks stop thinking everyone’s gonna steal
Read moreMy children and I usually go for the macarons and chocolate covered Oreos. However, they wanted candy yesterday..my daughter asked to used the restroom and the young lady at the counter let her go after stating that it’s usually for pregnant women which I was very appreciative of. But when my daughter came out of the restroom, she had a sucker in her hand that was from a previous place we came from..the girl asked was I buying the sucker? I advised her that they’d gotten it elsewhere, she then asked my daughter did someone in the store give it to her? After she was already informed that it was given somewhere else. She also asked if a soda that we had which was halfway empty was from the store as well, also advised that it was purchased before we entered the store. There were so many questions pertaining to what we had in the moment that we were checking out for items that we were going to buy, that I decided not to even purchase anything. I felt as if she was calling me and my children thief’s. Definitely won’t...
Read moreCute candy shoppe...down side is the sharp rudness of employees from my personal 2 visits...I refrained from reviewing the first time given it was HH and I wasn't from the area...1st time store was crowded to max and i was admiring Macarons I literally mispronounced and the guy in a demeaning tone quickly interjected into my personal conversation to correct me and school me like a child in front of all the other customers. Me and my family left buying nothing i was so embarrassed. 2nd time I went again there was a snap back at my child instead of me. I'll take ownership of the wrong no problem. Do not address my child for being a kid it was my Inattentiveness. I had told her she could have said candy and didn't realize what she was talking about. This time we did leave with some sweets, but in short the rudness of the employees has now just made sure for me to not go back. My daughter is a perfectionist and is definitely the rule follower of family and didn't even see a sign not...
