OLD DRIED OUT CHRISTMAS TREES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. Bought a Frasier Fir Christmas tree the Sat after Thanksgiving 2021 (Sat 27th). The tree seemed fine and needles were not falling off at time of purchase. Tree drank alot of water the first 2 days. Then, on the following Tuesday the tree stopped drinking the normal amount of water, started drying out, needles falling off at a rapid pace since. I have bought real trees for over 20 years and so I know how much water it should be drinking. Today is Wednesday, Dec 8th. We are not even halfway to Christmas. My ornaments are falling off the tree and needles everywhere. I called to inform Sanfelippo's. As I was explaining the problem and inquiring how old the trees are, the receptionist rudely cut me off. Asked me if I just wanted a new tree after bringing back the old one. I said no. I do not want to take off all my ornaments, haul the tree through my house with the needle mess, hoist it myself and secure back onto the car, and drive it back to exchange. Then, repeat with a new one. That was way too much effort and work. I asked if I could take a picture of the problem tree (reasonable) and receive a credit. She simply cut me off again and hung up on me mid sentence. Throughout the conversation, I was respectful and had a non yelling tone. No reason to treat me that way and disconnect my call so rudely.
They are rude and not customer service oriented. Asking for a credit with picture proof is not unreasonable given the situation! I will not be shopping here again. I reccommend finding your...

Read morePicked up a sweet little live tree on Friday, the 15th. A fella named ‘Adam’ was THE BEST! No pressure sales tactics—just kind. I was nervous about getting a real tree as we e not had one for years now but wanted this year because of my husband’s health issues. Adam helped us figure out and did all the work to make it right atop our car. I highly recommend this place!!!! X 5++++ stars!
