STONE + SAGE — Attraction in New Berlin

BUYER BEWARE!

I finally went into Stone + Sage after driving by many times. It was very clean, visually appealing, and has a wide variety of product. I loved the reasonably priced jewelry and the cards with the meanings throughout the store.

One of the things I purchased was a glass water bottle where there was a separate compartment on the bottom that screwed off and you can put stone chips in it. It was beautiful so I purchased one with tumbled black tourmaline chips in it and a separate bag of tumbled malachite chips to use as well.

I wasn’t a fan of the water bottle for personal reasons, but I figured I could repurpose it. I washed the top part once and was careful not to get moisture in the bottom. I even wiped it out in case. Moisture got in and I could never get it out. It happens.

Then I was using the tumbled malachite chips for something else and I noticed one had a chip and it looked like regular grey rock under it. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Today I pulled them out again and a lot of them have the chips. THESE ARE NOT REAL.

I assumed they wouldn’t purchase something that was fake, but shame on me for blindly trusting. I am beyond disappointed and I no longer have the receipt since it was a couple of months ago. I only have a punch card that I will never use because I will never go back. I’m extremely disappointed. Save your money and go...

Have been to the store several times, even a few of their special events. Customer service is always amazing. Always greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The staff is super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I’ve purchased many items from them crystals, jewelry, oils. My favorite is the energy water bottle my husband bought me. I use it daily at work and get so many compliments and coworkers asking...

Jennifer you are genuinely an absolute pleasure. The conversation covered so much ground and so many angles it was enlightening and invigorating...your knowledge and wisdom is very expansive and your drive is remarkable (we need to bottle that).
