They have the usual items but where HEB is different is in the variety and number of items that are unique to this retailer. The baked goods were not fresh we got, the pre-packaged lunch I was looking through. It had a fly sealed inside it, so I took it to the bakery counter and gave it too the lady and she acted like it was no big deal, even after I pointed it out. I told her I just didn't want anyone going home with it & getting up set. I will tell you that we love getting our sushi there every Wednesday it's always fresh and we love it.
