Carneceria Prime Ribs has been my go-to Butcher and groceries for some time now. Their meats are so much better than what I have purchased at the supermarket. The staff are so kind and patient with me when I don't know what meat I want to get. The Butcher will grind your meat fresh (beef and pork) if the machine is available...and it usually is. I appreciate how Doña Lolis inspects EVERYTHING that is sold apart from the meat. She gets fresh corn tortillas delivered daily to the store. She gets fresh homemade MOLE delivered to the store, and you will never want to go back to the little glass jar of mole sauce ever again my friend. My family absolutely loves the richness and freshness of the mole that is sold here. On weekends, they have tamales delivered. This is especially awesome since next door's bakery stopped selling them. Their produce is fresh, and simply perfect for all the Mexican style dishes I enjoy making at home. If there's any problem with the quality of any of the products sold at their establishment, they'll trade it for another. I have seen lower prices in other stores that sell very similar items but you can't argue with quality! I appreciate the customer service and the quality of the products sold here. I learned my lesson and now I bring bigger shopping bags with me and a shopping cart to lug home my meats, produce, spices, beans, tortillas, tamales,...

I came here to stock up for a bachelor party weekend. The butcher and staff were so friendly and helpful! The place has every Mexican food related item you can think of in addition to ripe vegetables (especially the avocados) and even homemade warm tortillas! They are clean and organized and very friendly. I never had an issue with their English.They have fresh homemade tortillas, mexican cheese like oaxaca cheese. They also sell goat meat and oxtail (call in advance to confirm if its in stock).I'll be back to try the mole...
