I recently visited SleekCare Spa for a facial, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and modern, without feeling overly pretentious. The staff was welcoming and took the time to ask about my skincare concerns before recommending a treatment.

I opted for the Esthetician’s Choice facial, and I’m so glad I did. The consultation felt personalized rather than just a generic routine, and the esthetician explained every step of the process. The products they used felt high-quality, and my skin looked noticeably refreshed and more hydrated afterward. No aggressive upselling, which I really appreciated—just genuine advice on how to maintain my skin.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The treatment bed was SOOOOO comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and they didn’t rush through the appointment like some other places in NYC. It was clear they prioritize skincare over just pushing expensive treatments like other places. I decided to get the membership in the end cuz I know for a fact that I’m coming back

I recently had the pleasure of visiting SleekCare Spa, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The ambiance is absolutely serene, with soft lighting and aesthetic decor that immediately puts you at ease. It feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC.

The customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to discuss my skincare needs and offered personalized recommendations, which made all the difference.

I went in for a Luxe facial, and it was beyond my expectations. The quality of the skincare products used during my treatment was impressive. You can tell that SleekCare Spa prioritizes premium products like Valmont and Skinceuticals; my skin felt rejuvenated and glowing after my session. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. I can't...

Sleekcare had double booked an appointment I was treating my friend to and was unwilling to offer a solution like re-booking it on another day before the credits I had booked it with expired. She had physically shown up to the appointment and traveled across town to get there. When I called trying to create a solution I was met with annoyance and really no budging when I explained the situation and even offered some solutions to which I was told there was nothing they could do. They said this happens all the time through ClassPass and at some point it falls on a provider to not let this happen. Money and time were wasted and no accommodations/solutions attempted to be met.

Update: They suddenly had the ability to create a solution once this review was posted but nothing before and even claimed there was nothing they could do...

I booked a Luxe facial at Sleekcare Spa. The place is immaculate and brand new. The products they use are top-notch, featuring some of my favorite brands: Valmont, SkinCeuticals, and iS Clinical. The treatment itself left my skin glowing from within, and I’m definitely going to book monthly visits here. Both the receptionist and the esthetician provided top-notch, professional service. You can tell how clean a place is just by looking at their bathroom—they even have a bidet. In the bathroom, they use Diptyque products; I felt like I had walked into Harry Winston’s restroom. The owners also told me that you can book your own makeup artist to do your makeup here right after a facial, which is very thoughtful of them.
