CrossFit OZP — Attraction in New York

I’ve been apart of other CrossFit gyms hands down CrossFit OZP is the best (I know every crossfitter says that about there gym🤣🤣 ) in addition to crossfit classes they offer a nutritional coaching. I decided to take a class this morning and I enjoyed myself immensely. The coach this morning who happens to be the owner was energetic, polite, and helpful. He demonstrated what he wanted us to do before we did it and even showed us modifications to those workouts. From my point of view everyone had a good time and a great workout. I feel great.
