My experience was as usual, very satisfying.

The reception staff is always courteous and always gives the impression that they are ready to help you get the most out of your time there.

The technician who did all of the work in preparation for seeing the doctor, was very efficient and patient. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but I do remember that she was very pleasant and experienced.

I was very pleased to learn from the receptionist that the doctor that I was going to see was Dr. Hernandez. I was hoping to get the same doctor that I had gotten over the last couple of years because it’s much easier to pick up from the last visit a year ago. Dr. Hernandez is a very patient- focused physician. He always makes sure that he covers the whole person when discussing the available test results, any new health issues that have arisen since his last visit with me, and he gave me the distinct feeling that he was focused on my health. He gave good practical recommendations for going forward based on the information that he currently had available (weight, hearing, vision, etc.). Dr. Hernandez tried to cover all the basis related to my health, including talking about and demonstrating exercises that could help maintain my health.

It was a real pleasure meeting with Dr. Hernandez again. He made me feel as though he was my general practitioner, even though I only see him once a year. Lastly, his follow-up letter after all the test come in, is also...

I had an overall excellent experience from the second I made my appointment until walking out of the building from my appointment. It appears that a lot of thought and care is done with affiliated Physicians. About 3 weeks after making my appointment I received a call because earlier appointments opened up. I received several emails from forms to fill out to confirmation emails and directions to the facility. I knew what to expect on testing day, what to wear and bring. An assortment of food, drinks, and snacks is provided as well. I found the experience to be what you make of it, the more details I was able to give about family history determined the testing that I was given. I was pleasantly surprised that this was one stop shopping if your due for a mammography they can even do that, the only downside was that it's basic scans 2D if you have had a previous biopsy, dense breasts or an in depth family history then you should go elsewhere for your...
