The store is run by Spanish speaking people. If you need up with something, you have to find someone else who speak English. Most of the products are spainsh products. The store was overally crowded. You can't move though the aisles. There is no organization in this store. Things are just place anywhere in the store. The store alway has deer park water on sale and every time I go and ask why the do not care deer park water, the manager just tells me he does not order it and to take another water brand. The cashiers are not friendly unless they know your are Spanish. They always speak spanish in front of you. So I don't know if they are saying something negative about me or the question I have. I hate this store and wish it would close. There is a ctown a block away from this store and this store is run by Spanish speaking people also. I can talk to all the workers and the can assist me with out them locating some one who can speak English. The store is better organized and the cashiers are nice and helpful. And they have all the things...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe time listed here is wrong, they close @ 830. They are very slack and nasty with keeping rotten/grey meat on their shelves. When the meats/chicken and stuff are about to expire, they rewrap them in the key food plastic and don't put an expiration date on it. The back by the butcher's room smells RANCID, literally white sour. When the berries start molding and turning grey and fuzzy, they just rearrange the fruit to put them toward the back. The managers act like they dont speak English when you. bring these things to their attention.I caught the several times, putting spoiled fruits back on the shelves. I call the health department EVERY chance I get, because they would not be comfortable feeding that trash to their families, so I don't know why they think this community would be ok with it. the cashiers are nice, and the young boy that sits at the door is nice as well....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot very customer friendly, I purchased a bell pepper and the cashier automaticly charged me the higher priced one. When I asked her how she knew the difference, she said "because the other one is thin and long, this one is round and fat so its a Holland." I went to check myself and took the below pics and showed her that was not the case. She then yells over to another cashier and asks them which pepper it was and they told her it needs to have a sticker to be a Holland, but people peel them off. So they were trying to accuse me of doing that? When I told her that the difference is that the cheaper peppers have a mix of red and green color that's when she realized it and gave me the difference. No apology just an attitude because I proved her wrong. WTF, I guess customer service is a thing...
