It feels like a burden to even rate as 1 star. My experience there has been by far the worst in two different locations. One on Parkchester and this west 125th location. For this location I will elaborate on the experience.
My aunt and I walked into this location to return some shoes and get new ones as well. When we went up to the upper level floor we gathered shoes we found interesting then while I was trying the few I gathered, my aunt found a pair of shoes in a $9 section and had asked the manager/owner Iām not sure which he was but we asked him about helping find the box for it and he went straight away to say, ā Itās not $9!ā Proceeds to take said shoe back to original location and then walks away. We asked the next person who was a supposed to be some form of a security or shoe attendant and has supposedly been in the business for 23 or so years his words. We asked for his help he went to shelve the shoes again while complaining saying itās not the price we said when it wasnāt what was asked for. They were all round racist assuming we couldnāt we couldnāt afford it. He even went out of his way to come with his price gun to put prices on the boxes of the shoes I was trying on. As he was trying to be petty for being corrected he picked up another customerās shoebox thinking it was part of our pile and when the lady looked around she asked where it was and realized he picked up the wrong personās box and gave her another one from the shelf and customer complained that wasnāt what she had earlier.
What customer service complains about customers???
Donāt get me started on employment!!! I tried going for summer employment when I was in highschool and same manager/ owner tells me to go online and yet no way to apply online ?!?

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe (my shopping buddy) were drawn in by the camisoles on the outside rack. Beautiful colors. We went upstairs and discovered even more treasures. Meanwhile, I picked up an array of colorful cotton camisoles. Upstairs, I found a very different acrylic, zip-front, tangerine orange sweater, with an interesting knotted, yet fringed bottom. Perfect for early spring. Then across the room I saw some quilted wide-strap, teardrop-shaped bags. Those only had only one compartment which was okaaay. Then after looking through all the variations (in color), I spotted a deep, rich purple bag with two front zippers. Perfect to take to work while carrying my other two bags containing my hard hat, and toilet accessories in my back pack, and meals for my shift in the other. Ooh. And it matches my hardhat, I'm just realizing. It's made of thick parachute material which makes it light and durable. AND it was only a $10 investment. Perfect! Although, the store is tight with clothing racks, it's clean and organized. A...

Then when I finally see her wave me over, she gonna have her hand out hinting me to put the clothes on the counter. I did so then gave her the money and instead of giving me my money in my hand she gonna place it on the counter with an attitude. She has terrible customer service and she deserves to be fired. She is Hispanic with glasses and a round face. I will not be going back to that rainbows until they teach their employees how to respect someone that is giving them...
