STAY AWAY!! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!! They have terrible customer service!! If you want a wig do not go, they will half way help you and give you a whole lot of attitude!

My experience: I originally went there to buy a half wig (outre Annie) but I was surprised by their selection of wigs so I decided to browse and look at them. After ten to fifteen minutes of looking noone greeted me or ask me if I needed help.

When I was ready to try on some wigs (since I know you have to buy a wig cap ) I wrongfully asked a customer if she could help me not knowing who were the employees. I then saw a lady sitting behind a counter and I asked her. She immediately caught a huge attitude and yelled loudly for a lady to come help me, and then made a smart remark about me asking her for help when she was off, which I have no clue how I was suppose to know that. The lady who I guess was helping me did not really help me I had to keep waving her down for every little thing and she was just so uninterested in helping. As I watched other customers just grab wigs and do their own thing. I got so fed up I just got two half wigs I was familiar with so I wouldnt have to go through anymore hassle.

As I finally got the two half wigs and went to the first floor to pay the wigs end up being a different price (only like a dollar or two off). I just didn't care anymore, if I wasn't going to Paris tomorrow and having very short on time to work with I wouldn't have bought from there. Bought a wig here yesterday so the young lady that works there was showing me the color she pops the tag and removed the hair net I purchased the wig I go to another store was gone all of 25 minutes I decided that the color I chose wouldn’t work with my outfit so returned to the store first of all the ladies that work with the wigs were gone even though it was not supposed to close until 7:45 I caught one I never touched the wig packet the worker that showed it popped the tag removed the net I caught one of them before she left she accuses me of opening the hair I explained to her it was her coworker she still refused to change the color because as she put it Evelyn the manager is going to say I opened the hair You take my money and give horrible customer service and accuse me of something her employee did learn how to treat your customers and train your workers to not open the hair and how Not to be RUDE This is my first time buying a wig here and...

I have been coming to this beauty shop since 1997. Girl talk about consistency. I love it. Its staff are friendly, helpful, respectful, seet tem always working and never lounging around doing jack. I never been to the second floor all this time but the first floor usually have the stuff i need. I come, grab and go. Bam! I knowin 24 years it cant be never an issue but the two small issuesi ever had was only two cashiers were rude to me and thank god the ruddest one is not there anymore lol ( thats mean. She was a biatch lol) but i never complained to mgr or owners . The other one was new and needed customer service training. Seems like she got it because after the one time she was acting up and the head cashier told her to chill she never did it again.

So life is besutiful here. My fav person is Dama. Sweetest lady and so helpful and hard workingy always like the rest of the staff. I appreciate this...
