Tropical Grill — Restaurant in New York

OMG...Hands down this restaurant is by far one of the best Spanish spots in Harlem. I went to them at 9am requesting a same day caterin order (11:30am pickup). Not only were they able have the everything done within that time frame, but the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was talking about how amazing the food was, and they were inquiring about the location. No issues with food everything was made to order and fresh (especially the rice). I saw some reviews mentioned the food being bland, but in my opinion, I didn't think so. They have a good base for seasoning, allowing you to add more salt you if you wanted, but it was DEFINITELY not needed.

Pepper steak was the star of the show. Pricing is fair (in this economy). Good portion of food is given. I thought the customer service was perfectly fine, but keep in mind I am a low maintanence patron, so I don't require much but clean utensils and good food.

Bug flying in my closed food. I sent a video and i live miles away and they don't want to refund me instead questioned me and asked me to bring the food back while im pregnant and there's a pandemic. This could of been solved by refunding my $9 out of 19 for two whole chickens to my card.
