Soviet Union kids in action !
Unfortunately I come here very often, I donāt have a big choice of supermarkets in the neighborhood and honestly I love the products they sell ( even prices on the shelf and on the register are different). As usually, I came this morning, I picked up my products and Im going to a register for 10 or less items, i got more then 10 items in my cart but nobody was behind me, so Its not the first time I paid for my more then 10 items at this register and I thought its not a problem at all. The young lady Esmeralda ( if I remember well the name) was talking with a guy ( not from the staff , probably her guest) and she was not very happy to scan so much items at her register. She nicely told me I canāt scan them but I nicely answered her you can do is as two receipts, 10 items + another 10. The most interesting starts here, the guy who was talking with this girl starts to protect her and insult me in Russian, I did understand everything unfortunately. After I asked to call a manager, a very rude guy comes ( A R T H E M) and literally close me the way , stands in front of me and starts to talk with me with a rude tone, to be honest yelling on me. Im trying to explain the situation from the beginning and Im telling him that we are loosing time, Im pregnant and I cant stand in other line just because he wants me to do that, Heā s telling me he doesnāt care if Im pregnant or not, I should go to another register. Im asking to call a supervisor or manager , His showing me his badge with his name and title. Nobody came, no security, no manager, literally nobody was interested what was going on. Meanwhile the girl started to scan my items , I paid and I left.
In my whole life, I never had an experience like that in any store or supermarket. I never felt so humiliated in my life. People who doesnāt care about there customers and in plus, there insulting them in other language. What a shame Netcost!!! Wake up, you arenāt anymore in the S O V I E T U N I O N. You absolutely have to teach to your staff how to talk to customer , especially to a lady and more especially to a pregnant lady, we arenāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday NetCost Market has likely lost a long-term customer due to complete incompetency and lack of professionalism of the deli department staff. As always, I've asked to slice 0.3lb of cheese that I get weekly, this is how much we need to have it fresh until the next shopping. Today I was told that the new rule is to slice no less than 0.5lb. When asked about this new rule and what products are included in this draconian list, staff told me they do not know, and that I should ask the manager. To get the manager, you have to walk all the way to the cashiers and knock on the door. There I was told to wait, and the person called deli and told me that I should go back to deli and ask for a specific person, Sam I believe, and he will explain about 18 products now on the list. Back to deli department. That guy, I believe his name is Sam, Russian speaking person, did not have any lists and told me, if I need less than 0.5lb, to go and look in vacuum. I've asked where the vacuum is, he replied that he does not know and does not need to know, because it is not his responsibility. Other staff at that counter visibly supported his attitude, none of them offered any help or explanation. I've mentioned to them that this way of mistreating their customers does not serve NetCost well. No matter how many stores they will open, such rude and extremely unprofessional staff will make their regular customers to look for other stores, anything but NetCost! I will make sure to share my experience and deep dissatisfaction with my neighbors and friends. All around bad service: from managerial decision to impose extremely inconvenient rules to the worst customer service even for this area of famous indifference...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a customer of Netcost since it was opened because I live near by. Usually I was buying can's food or prepacked meat. Very rarely I was buying something that had been cooked in the store. I do not trust them. But sometimes I need to buy cooed food . for 20 years it happened may b 3-4 times. And every time I told to myself that I never buy anything from cooked meal again. But today I bought a Š³Š¾Š»ŃŠ±ŃŃ. It was auful food: no test at all, no meat. Rice and hard cabage. No sauce. Who was the chef who cooked them. The chef has to know what kind of cabage is good for Š³Š¾Š»ŃŠ±ŃŃ. Not a green one that was in those food thatr I bought.I thought that you have a few chefs from different side of former Soviet Union. Becase PELAF(плов) HAS TO BE PREPARED ONLY WITH A PERSON FROM USBEKISTAN, TURKMENISTAN OR OTHER SOUTH EAST REGIONS FROM FORMER SOVIET UNION. EVEN THOUH YOU KNOW HOW TO cook it you never sing the same song. OR BORSCH! can be good only if it had been cooked only by person from Ukrania. Etc. I think it is no problem now to find good chefs from different area of former Soviet Union. And another note. Before you put your stuff on the shelves somebody has to be in charge to decide if it was good and tasty to be on sale. Please, take my complains for your...
