Trump Village Section 4 — Local services in New York

The manager never helps, the workers are rude and incompetent with the exception of 2 or three workers. You try calling maintenance and they’ll have you waiting for 2-3 days until they can come and fix things up or help. They’re not helpful at all. It’s seems like they own the building, the “ladies”working at the office, are nasty, they have no education, no manners and no respect for the residents of the buildings; they act like animals literally. Everyday there’s a new apartment in renovation and the noise is unbelievable. I don’t recommend to buy any apartments here. I don’t reveal my real name because they might see this and they won’t come to my apartment at all...

This is not a bad building but its A COOP with a management lead by not a great manager. Elevators out, as for upgrade, no AC in lobby and it gets hot, no one cares but maintenance cost keeps going up. Promises not being fulfilled. For example, elevator is out for way over promise date. Usually, in that case, the elevator company gets fined, penalized, but not only that, coop is paying some outrageous cost for upgrade. Thats just tip...

I inherited my mother's apartment and intended to live there but I cannot yet leave my upstate home so I sadly am selling it. The area is well kept and mom's apartment has a great partial view of the ocean. The area is fabulous with the beach and shopping within walking distance and play areas for children too. There's a good mix of single adults and families. I highly recommend...
