Ocean A&R Pharmacy — Attraction in New York

Today I walked into this place with my mom, I was looking specifically for vitamin. A counter was taking care one of the client that’s why I was waiting for my turn, during this time I was looking vitamin by myself and my mom took another item, after customer went out right after that a cashier said “ excuse me! Do you want to buy just this one ? “ what kind of question was it ? I said” no I’m going to buy vitamin too.” She did not even ask me that what kind of vitamin I am looking for . She said we are closed. It was just 4:30 pm. At the door it shows 8 pm. I showed her what says at the door. She said we closed 5 pm . I said it 4:30 pm ? And she said I have to close the register. I said ok and just left. There is nothing to say about this place. I was looking specifically for one item for a while . I fount it at this place but I am not going to back to have it . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MY SON HAD AN EAR INFECTION IN COMBINATION WITH STREP. I WAS IN URGENT CARE AND CALLED AT 5 PM ON A SATURDAY LOOKING FOR A PAHRMACY THAT WILL BE OPEN TILL 7 ATLEAST. I CALLED A AND R AND THEY TOLD ME YES THEY ARE OPEN. I LEFT THE URGENT CARE CLINIC AND RUSHED THEIR TO GET THE ANTI-BIOTICS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PHARMACIST LEFT FOR THE DAY AT 6.25 PM AND THAT ONLY THE STORE IS OPEN. THE GIRLS THERE TOLD ME THAT I CAN COME ON MONDAY TO PICK UP THE MEDICATION. TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT THE PHARMACY IS OPEN TILL 3 PM ON SATURDAYS. PEOPLE SHOULD BE TRAITED TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND GIVE CORRECT...

When I tell you that this is the best local area to where I live for last 5yrs, with the best people that runs it. I have never experienced the kindness and love from a pharmacy before. And the pharmacist Mrs Somona is such an amazing person with a heart of gold. I would definitely recommend this local...
