Later, you said you’d offer a full refund if I returned the merchandise in perfect condition, but by that point, I had already paid most of the amount via Venmo and Zelle — platforms that offer no buyer protection. Based on how the situation was handled and your unclear and shifting policies, I had genuine concerns about whether I would be refunded properly if I sent the items back.

Additionally, I sold you gold worth $1,750 a fact you seem to be conveniently leaving out. To now imply that I’m acting dishonestly while ignoring the full context of our dealings is incredibly unfair and raises concerns about how your business handles its customer relationships.
