I handed a USPS package to the woman that works at this place, she looked at it, put it in a bag next to her, and that was the last time I ever saw that package or knew of its whereabouts. I contacted them 3 or 4 days later because the tracking number showed that the post office had not received it, they told me that the USSP gets backed up during the holidays… I understood, gave them the tracking and waited… 4 days later, still not received by the post office so I emailed this company and they claim that it did go out. Except that as of now, after about 10 days of me putting the package in their hands, it is still nowhere to be found. This was a purchase return that I will not get my money back for, I won’t even bother pursuing them for it because at this point they have stopped even responding to my emails inquiring about the lost package, so I don’t expect any accountability from them, I will save myself the time and energy and just learn my lesson about this company. If what you are shipping has no value to you or anyone, definitely trust them...

Honestly, if you're sending something you don't care about at all, this place is wonderful and mostly affordable. But if by chance you do, you should avoid! The packing wasn't great, the communication is questionable and the whole place smells like cigarettes cos they smoke in the store. We gave Debbie our TV when we left because she told us it would get broken if we shipped it, so naturally when all of our guitars and record players showed up broken, we were surprised when we called and she told us there was nothing she could do (after us chasing her several times and spending hours on the phone with UPS) EVEN THOUGH we purchased insurance on our things. So frustrating and annoying. Not blaming them for the damage, but calling them out on duping us into buying insurance that ended up...

I avoid the post office altogether; long lines and grouchy city workers who should not do customer facing work! Instead, I come to SENT! where service is quick and efficient, thanks to Debbie, who is an all star! She has years of experience and knows what she’s doing with your packages and has helpful tips as well!! Debbie is welcoming, friendly, personable and it’s always good chatting with her. She’s super sweet to my dog,, who likes stopping in! So glad SENT! exists and I hope they never become...
