My friend and I were walking around on Saturday afternoon when we came across the cafe. The doors were propped open, music was playing down the walkway, and we noticed a few people coming and going. The scene was inviting and we wanted to try something new. Unfortunately, when we entered, we were met with an unsettling energy. We assumed there was a line, so we waited behind one person who was being served in front of the counter. The worker behind the counter paused, glanced at us, but didn’t acknowledge us and continued her conversation with the customer in front of her. Despite that, we waited patiently to be helped. However, when the worker glanced at us again, she coldly said, "We're closed," dismissing us completely and barely even looked at us when she said it. My friend and I left peacefully, feeling terrible about the interaction. Words can't fully express how demeaning this experience was. We later question how the cafe was closed if the doors were wide open, music was playing and, customers were still in the cafe and found out the cafe in fact closed later at 6pm. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to speak out about this. I was shocked to see so many positive reviews and cannot understand why we were treated this way. I don't want to assume the worst, but it feels like our treatment had a common denominator, and our business was not wanted. I will not ever be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Kindness takes no effort, and I hope you...

I’ve been a coffee lover since I was 14 years old, and over the years, I’ve tasted cappuccinos from all over. I can confidently say that the cappuccino I had at Crossroads Cafe was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right temperature it was a true work of art in a cup. My daughter brought me here for a little outing, and from the moment we walked in, I knew this place was special. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming truly family-friendly, with a touch of nostalgia in every corner. The decorations made me smile and brought back to many memories. I also had a slice of their chocolate orange cake, and oh my it was fresh, moist, and absolutely divine. It satisfied my chocolate craving in the best possible way. It’s not easy to find a dessert that hits all the right notes, but this one did. What made the experience even more special was the beautiful outdoor yard. We sat in comfy chairs surrounded by blooming flowers it felt like a little escape from the world. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell this team really cares about what they do, and it shows in every detail. I will be...

Crossroads Cafe is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its name! From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the buzz of friendly conversation. This isn't just another coffee shop; it's a vibrant community hub where flavors and people intersect.

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to linger long after you've finished your drink. Speaking of drinks, their coffee is outstanding - rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care.

What sets Crossroads apart is their commitment to fostering connections. Whether you're catching up with friends, working remotely, or simply enjoying a moment of solitude, you'll feel right at home here. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warm ambiance.

If you're looking for more than just a caffeine fix, but a place where good vibes flow as freely as the coffee, Crossroads Cafe is your destination. It's become my go-to spot for both productive work sessions and leisurely catch-ups. A true...

I hesitated whether to write this review as I’d been wanting to gate keep this place, given what a sanctuary it is. However, I also want this place to thrive, as the vibe, drinks and people all come together to provide a true gem of an establishment. The Barista’s I’ve interacted with so far, Aine and Janelle, are always a pleasure and consistently make delicious drinks. The food and pastries are highly recommended, also! I really hope this place sticks around, as clearly a lot of love and care has been taken in creating and curating a community vibe in the heart of Bushwick.

my little side salad sedated me right in the grointer! and the oh boy do the butter balls got grip... Don't let them bully you out of spending your whole paycheck here, every-time i come in they're like please please don't spend that much on lunch bro, its just lunch. Obviously, I don't have a problem! Its like when Harry had to let Dumbledore drink the poison horcrux and Harry couldn't do it cause Dumbledore knew the future and if Harry did it he could never restore balance to the world and defeat Voldemort. simply put. so yeah just get a coffee.
