Today was my second visit to this SKECHERS location. The first time was April of this year. During both my visits, I went to a sales associate for help finding the shoes I wanted to buy. They were helpful and courteous in both instances. However, when it comes to the cashiers, there is some improvement needed. In April, the cashier rang up my purchase straight fast. Today the cashier asked me if I wanted to join the Membership and would get 10% of my present purchase. I agreed, since the offer wasn't given to me on my first visit. She had me enter my phone number and email. Now she asks for my name and she enters it. When she show me to confirm, she entered a totally different name. And when she called the manager for help, the error was unchanged.
My word to SKECHERS is this, You should let the customer enter required info for membership or make sure you're employees are completely attentive throughout the customer's experience...
