Skin Envy Cosmetic and Laser Center — Attraction in New York

I started going to this med spa in October 2022. I have spent $10k or more on lasers, facials, and treatments for my skin. As time went on, I came to realize that Hanna (the owner & nurse) only cared about how much money she could make off of me, than my own personal needs. I was upset, but continued to go back for my laser appointments, because her esthetician (Lana) did such an amazing job, resulting in flawless skin. Hanna's behavior continued to escalate and would aggressively insist on me purchasing a new treatment even though I told her I wasn't interested. She is very narcissistic, only cares about her self, and making money off of her clients. Hanna is full of negative, dark energy and not a good person that has your best interest at heart. She may portray that she cares about you, but she worships money more than she values her clients. I have stopped involving myself with her business because I had made an appointment to get a VI peel in June of 2025. I even double checked with Athena (the receptionist) over the phone that Hanna had the VI precision plus peel in stock. When I got there, Hanna told me that it wasn't available and then she tried to sell me the cool laser instead. She did not apologize and was not sincere. She walked off while we were in the middle of a conversation. Not only did I feel disrespected, but I felt very hurt and betrayed as a loyal client of 3 years. Such a great experience! I’ve just turned 30 years old and have started to notice some signs of aging in my face. I researched places in my neighborhood and came across SkinEnvy. The reviews were amazing so I decided to go ahead and book an appointment for Botox and filler. I arrived to my scheduled appointment and was greeted so kindly by the lovely Athyna. We had such a great conversation about injectables and she even took the time to explain all of their discounted packages. I then met with Hanna, a literal artist, who listened to all my concerns and formed a treatment plan for me. I received Botox in my forehead and filler in my nasolabial folds (a long time concern/insecurity of mine). It didn’t hurt at all and she was so gentle. She handed me a mirror afterwards and I was legitimately blown away by the results of the filler. I almost cried. Almost 2 months later and the filler has settled so nicely. The best thing about Hanna was her patience and willingness to listen and guide me on my aesthetic journey. She has a strong eye for enhancing the face naturally but subtly. She won’t give you more than you need which is something I appreciated so much because I can admit to having the mentality of “more is better”. Such a great experience overall. I really want to share my experience with Skin Envy medical spa! It was recommended to me by a friend and I started to follow them on instagram first. Then I decided to finally make an appointment . I'm so glad I did that! First of all, place is so beautiful and clean! It is very important to me. My waiting time was less than 5 minutes and their PA Hanna invited me in for a consultation. My main problem was sun spots.I tried so many different solutions, but nothing really worked, in fact I used a cream before that made them more visible and skin got patchy . Hanna was super informative, very detailed and took her time(!!!) explaining my options. We decided to try "Clear and Brilliant" laser. She explained to me that results may vary, depending on the skin, but it is latest technology and has no downtime and I may go to work on next day. Ladies! I did already 2 times(3 recommended ) and what a difference I see! I'm soooo happy with my results! My sun spots are almost gone and I stoped using cover up make up! I'm supper happy! Now, after I found this amazing spa I'm looking forward to do my Botox and may be even lips! ( I really love Hanna's work on instagram) Now I know that I can trust my face to Hanna 100%!
