Panda Garden, on 3rd Ave between 96th and 97th street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, is our favorite go to neighborhood Chinese takeout restaurant. We typically order in once a week, and are never disappointed. .The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. They listen to all your special requests for low fat, low salt, and how you prefer your dish to be prepared, and they actually give you what you’ve asked for! All the Ingredients are very fresh, the portions are generous, and the vegetables are always excellent, and never overcooked. They also will customize an order.and we typically add extra chicken to our chicken with string beans. The vegetables in vegetable chow mein are never over cooked and have great color and texture and the fried rice is never greasy. Your meal is well packaged and always arrives hot. If you pick up your order, you will be pleased with how clean and well maintained the kitchen is. Panda Garden consistently meets or exceeds our expectations and I highly...
Read moreI usually order from here every weekend. But on 8/24/24 I decided to take a walk and go inside to order for the first time . I was totally disgusted and will never eat here again. As I waited around for my food I heard someone sneezing. I got up out the chair and looked in the kitchen due to the door being cracked open and saw one of the staff kneeling on the floor over a tray flowering chicken , not wearing gloves , and sneezing without covering his mouth. His nose was running and he is wiping his nose with his hands !!!!! The same hands he is not wearing gloves and flowering the chicken with. The food is good but I will never eat there again just from seeing this . Do if your reading this and got sick after 8/24/24 eating there you know why. This was so unsanitary and I can just imagine all the other things that go on in that kitchen of nobody is looking because they really get a lot of...

I ordered the wonton soup, egg roll and dim sum which were all good. The chicken and black bean sauce had mostly vegetables with little sauce. The shrimp and lobster sauce consisted of small shrimp with a plain sauce. The chicken lo mein was tasty with a generous portion of noodles. Customers who spend more than $50 can choose from several free dishes. I chose the sesame chicken which was well-prepared and tasty. Friendly and...
