I called to reserve some glasses you guys did not have in stock at your Harold square location. The person I spoke with was a nice girl who told me that they can hold the glasses for 1 hour. When I got to the location the employee was cleaning the store. I told her my name and that I came to pick up the glasses I reserved. The employee was very helpful and also told me about the current promotion Sunglass hut was having. When I tried on the glasses I felt that they were too loose and the employee told me that we can adjust the glasses if they are too loose or too tight. After a few attempts of getting the right fit, I bought the glasses and the employee told me about warranties on the glasses and also cleaned them for me. Rosy (Rosanny) is AMAZING!!! She helped me pick two new pairs of sunglasses while I was in town visiting. After I got home I discovered a small manufacturer defect on one, two days after I bought them but 1200 miles away. The local sunglass hut refused to help, even though they are corporate and should have easily been able to. A quick call to Rosy and not only did she let me vent, she also called the store down here and facilitated getting my exchange handled locally. She is a ROCKSTAR.
