I was at shake shack and my sister ordered me a BLT burger. I haven’t had much shake shack but I said okay. She didn’t realize it didn’t have meat (nor did I) Our mistake but I went to talk to the employees and this girl was sweet but her co worker possibly a supervisor or manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. After explaining the situation. He was on the register but also walking around. He straight up said “you never said a BLT before that’s what it is” with a bad attitude and I said that I have not. I just wanted to find a solution and did not come rude at all. I understood that a BLT did not come with a patty before his comment but he still proceeded to talk down on me. His behavior was extremely unnecessary. I asked to see if I could exchange the sandwich for a new one, give it back for a refund or add a patty. I brang them sandwich whole and showed it. I even explained I had no problem paying more for a patty. He just over all had a condensing attitude with not just me but even his co workers as they got sandwiches for themselves I believe he was making them awkward, possibly harassing them with questioning and making them uncomfortable. He just did not give people common respect. That lead me to believe he said to be in a higher position or at least worked there for a while , as the girl I asked for help asked him what to do and he just probably had a superiority complex. In the end I provided the idea of just getting a patty to add to the burger and he said it’s ONLY about 2.50. I then proceeded to wait there a long time for just a patty. My significant other and I ordered: Hot Ones™ Burger $ 8.99 · 100% Angus beef burger topped with Hot Ones™ Spicy ShackSauce, crispy, applewood smoked bacon and Monterey Jack cheese on a toasted potato bun. 7/10 Spicy. -Also added The Last Dab Packet - 11/10 SPICY +$1.99 to the burger order and saving it for later tastings with friends. The Hot Ones™ Burger was juicy, spicy, and flavorful. Next time, I would add tomato and lettuce for some freshness and crunch to round out the burger. -Hot Ones™ Cheese Fries $ 5.39 · Crispy crinkle cuts topped with cheese sauce and dusted with Aleppo Pepper, served with Hot Ones™ Spicy ShackSauce. 7/10 Spicy The fries were soggy possibly from the cheese sauce but I still wished they were double fried to mitigate some of the floppy-ness. I appreciated the kick from the red pepper flakes on top. It was fun to see how long I could handle the building heat from the Hot Ones™ Spicy ShackSauce. I’m glad my significant other suggested eating here because it had been years since either of us ate at the chain and it filled the cravings. Plus, it was exciting to see a YouTube series we like, work with one of the fast-casual spots we enjoy.

I received a text notification saying they will text again when the order is ready. My family and I are just here for holidays ( we came from two countries) and we are all excited to eat our food fresh and hot Shake Shack food. We waited for 45 minutes for a text but no text informing us that the food is ready. We then decided to check and just found out that our food was already ready for pick up about 7 mins from the time it was ordered, unfortunately we never received any notifications. You gave us cold food that sat on your counter for 38 minutes waiting for us to be picked up. After eating our cold food, I came and informed a staff. A guy who introduced himself a Team Leader talked to me at the door and told me that they were aware of the “text” error and he already informed his staff to made customer aware of it and obviously nobody informed us.
