The Gallery at Dream Downtown — Attraction in New York

I could see how this place can get frustrating for both patrons and the personnel. As the night progressed- I observed the security becoming extra handsy with the attendees; rough with both male and female. It’s clear the communication is lacking amongst the staff from what they tell guests they can and cannot do- The staff eventually found it funny as a female “guard” nearly damaged my friends face snatching a beer bottle away from her hand as she was drinking. This was disgusting, disrespectful and for the rest of the night, I basically had talk my friend out of returning to the venue , encountering the “guard” and smashing the very same bottle of beer (brand and amount) over her face just to see if the other “guards” would’ve found that funny as well.. (She’s in therapy) . I just hope the “guards” practice patience or perhaps the company run a background/mental health check for both their employees and even the patrons because you just never know...

I didn’t have a very nice experience in the 2023 New Year’s Eve. The DJ was fun but the service of the staff was poor. We got tickets that said that appetizers would be served, but they were only served to those who purchased a table. They also had a poor selection of drinks to choose from as they didn’t have juice or tonic to serve with drinks as well not having tap water to simply stay hydrated. Additionally, not enough bartenders were stationed at each bar, resulting in very long wait times. Pretty disappointing experience given the reputation...

Great place for drink n fun. if you are looking for party, fun and drink go here. Unfortunately I do not drink but heard through my friends who had lots of drink here... My Office party was here, nice place, nice n loud music. I am vegetarian so can’t comment about non veg food but yeah they had lot of varieties. As I already said it was office party so all about drink drink and food and keep talking. Quite big area, nice ambience, food was not so great, but people enjoyed drinks. SKEE BALL machine if you are getting bore...
