I have going to this walgreens for over a decade and lately I have avoid going there because the employees attitudes. However, today was the cherry on top. I was trying to shop in peace and looking for specific products that of course you did not have, but I tried to find something similar. I couldn’t because your employees thought I wanted to steal. How do I noticed that? Because two employees came to where I was first in the make up section and got very close to me. They were re-arranging the products 🙄 just moving them around. I decided to go to the face cream section to see If I could find another product that I was looking for and I couldn’t find it, a couple of employees went by in front of me instead of the back. I went to the next section, hair product, you did not have the hair product I needed and I keep hearing that someone is calling a manager and the manager appeared right in front of me and started to move the hair products in front of me for no reason. Since I couldn’t find the product I was looking for I wanted to take an alternative. I was not able to do it. I decide to just go to get the other product I went for and finally found something and guess what another employee went to check on me. Unbelievable. If all of them were so bother to see me checking the products before buying, they should have offer some help to find the alternatives. I do not even have the profile of some that will steal, other than looking latina. I was with my work clothes from the office. You need better training and strategies to deal with people who steal. Read moreI have been going from Walgreens to Walgreens looking for baby formula as I know there is a shortage and it’s been hard to find. This location has had it listed as in stock in I’ve gone multiple days in a row and nothing was on the shelves. This time I decided to call a very polite employee picked up and I asked if he could verify if they do have any. He told me if It says in stock then it should be here. I made him aware that I had checked before and he told me the best he could could do was help me look for it when I came. I asked if he could just check as I don’t want to come for no reason and he said he could not which was very strange. I thanked him for his help but asked to speak to a manger she picked up and I explained my situation and she cut me off and very rudely said WE DONT HAVE ANY. And anytime I would try to speak she would just repeat WE DONT HAVE ANY. I understand the frustration of essential workers such as herself but the attitude was not needed and since I was given 2 different answer by 2 different employees I ended the call more confused then...
Read moreThe pharmacy department here is terrible. The past three times I have been here they have had to re-input all the insurance information. The doctor's office never received the fax Walgreen's supposedly sent requesting permission to refill so when I went to pick up a prescription three days later, they had not filled it. I called the doctor's office myself the next day and returned to Walgreen's two days later only to discover that the prescription was still not filled because they had a question on the insurance. Did they call me to get an answer? No. They put the request aside, went through inputting all the info one more time and then made me wait 35 minutes to fill the medicine. I wish I could say this was unusual but it's not. This has happened the three times I have ordered medication from there. Find someplace else.
