Eliot Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I am mostly talking about their delivered pizza, but that is where they really excel. We had been using a pizza place closer to us for 20 years, but their quality kept dropping, food arrived cold despite being 3 blocks away, and there was a billing dispute.

So we decided to give Eliot a try, and every delivery has been cheaper, delivered hot, and delicious. This place used to be called Andrews, but I only grabbed a slice there once or twice. It's a small place, has some tables in the back, but I'm not sure you're going there to wine and dine a client or a Valentine's date.

Still, give them a try. They really stand out and I think they should be rewarded for...

Hands down the WORST pizza I have ever eaten in my life, this pizza is NOT fresh. Feels like I got pizza that was almost a week old, this isn’t edible AT ALL. Ordered on uber eats and everything came COLD, and I only live 10ish mins away. Usually an air fryer saves this, and it couldn’t even save this garbage pizza! Ate only the plain slice and my stomach has been hurting since! DO NOT come here if you like pizza, this will make you hate it for the next week. Disgusting how this place is still here, never had a worse pizza experience in my life. Worst....

Been a longtime customer always excellent food and service. Except this time placed an order was told 15-20 mins went there 30 mins after to pickup wasn't ready for another 35 mins people were walking in ordering food and being served 3O mins after I placed my order. Asked for a refund or something nothing was done. The food looked frozen was so thick wasn't sure was cooked was so tough also. I understand gets busy sometimes need to compensate a customer.
