Golden Harbor — Restaurant in New York

This evening I bought Chinese food and while putting broccoli on my plate my 20 year old notice a hair that was tangled around the broccoli. I got so sick after that,then we opened another dish and that was filled with all oil,the gooey stuff was suppose to be the sauce,the lo moon looked horrible like as if they had it left over and recooked.When I went to show them everything,the man that said he was the owner,laughed at me.He then said to me,"So what do you want"?I said to give me my $ back.In front of my kids he laughed at me. By the way this was not my first time coming here and I didn't care about the money,but because he was rude and laughed at me, that's when I asked for my money back.This is terrible customer service.And I do...

Don’t listen to those kids that posted the reviews. I was there at the time of the situation. These teens did find food in the hair (ordered like 2 things at most) but the employees did apologize and refunded the money. It should’ve ended here but then the teens decided to stand outside the restaurant and tell people not to go in (I consider this slandering) and decided to take pictures. There was an officer there and even asked the manager if they could come back and they said if they don’t cause commotions then it’s fine. Don’t know what the issue is but at this point it’s just a hate crime.

First time order in this chinese food take out, because is the nearest one from Juniper Park. I order lunch special for all my kids, and they only give you the lunch without utensil. I mean if you go green i understand, but at least you ask the customer if i need utensil? I need to going back again only to get the forks. They said i need to ask for it if i need utensil. And this one is the first chinese food that i ordered not come free with soup or soda (you need to pay extra little bit) for lunch special.
