The wedding bouquet and boutonnière I ordered from Creative Flower Shop were beautiful! Working with Jimmy and Cindy was great - they were friendly, patient, and attentive as I described what kind of bouquet I was looking for. They were even able to make a combination of the pictures I showed them!

Placing and picking up the order was easy and they accept credit card. If you want flowers that aren’t very common, I suggest placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure they can get them.

Suggestion: If you’re traveling far after picking up the flowers, bring something to keep them cool and protected. The boutonnière came in a box but the bouquet was too big so I just held it carefully and made sure it wasn’t too hot in the car.

Very grateful for Jim and the team at Creative Florist. I live out of town and was requesting a very specific arrangement for a funeral in Rego Park. After many denies from other online florists about a custom arrangement , I spoke to Jim on the phone and he went above and beyond to help fulfill this task. He went out of his way to pick up a picture frame from Walgreens, sent me images to verify it was my order, and created an absolutely beautiful arrangement with blue and red flowers around the frame. All done and delivered in two day for a very reasonable price. I ordered flowers for my daughter's prom, corsage, boutonniere and arrangement by phone. I spoke with Cindy who spent time we me on the phone discussing my preferences and her suggestions. I couldn't be happier. The flowers were stunning. So fresh even in the heat and humidity the corsage and boutonniere didn't wilt. The arrangement was fresh and the flowers vibrant.
