It is run like an independent dictatorship where you need three approval passes just to get one single item:
Look for the item. All items are locked, so you must buzz the bell to call the only person working on the floor. This wait will take you 10-15 minutes, depending on the time of day. When the worker arrives, theyâll ask the quantity of the items you need and will hand them to you personally, all while maintaining eye contact. That worker will then send the items to the only other cash register, where you will have to wait in a long single line of other sad souls who thought this trip would take them 10 minutes. Fools. When itâs your turn at the cash register, you must spell out the exact number of items you collected. Any discrepancies and you will be SOL. It gets spicier from here: there is a wild card register in the beauty aisle. When you get called next, itâs secret boss time. She will show up at randomâ2 minutes? 5 minutes? She doesnât have time for this nonsense. She will gently float down, never breaking eye contact; they never doâitâs a dominance display. No matter how little or how much annoyance you have in your body, she will sniff it out. She will push and prod while she is cashing you out. Itâs her lair; she gets to play with her food however she wants. You will leave spent, guilty, poorer, your faith in humanity taken down yet another notch, all while this demon, this sub-boss that is just another cog in the machine of capitalism and the reason we are not getting our Star Trek universe yet, grins and whispers between her teeth, âhave a good...
Read moreNot only is this THE worst pharmacy ive ever experienced in my life, it might be one of the worst business locations ive ever visited over all.
If you have ever wondered how someone can overcomplicate, delay, mess up and be negligent in simply handing you a bag of medication just come here.
First you call in to speak to someone. wait on hold for 30 minutes, usually get hung up on. Then you just finally go in to the location to wait 30 minutes in a 10 person line only to be met by one of the most incompetent pharmacists you have ever met. Unprofessional, rude, how half these people ever even got hired as pharmacists in the first place is astounding. Note, there has been 1 or 2 DECENT workers ive encountered so I wanted to give credit where due. Then your perscription is messed up 100 ways from sunday, you finaly get to the bottom of it and then you have at least a 45 minute wait until they are ready.
My doctor has not been able to get anyone to answer the phone so frequently here that I have been out of medication for days on end which takes a serious toll on my health.
Walgreens for the love of god at least act like you care. This is beyond atrocious. I would have transferred a long time ago but that would require getting someone on the phone with another pharmacy which sounds like a battle for my life so I reluctantly continue receiving this punishment, abuse and neglect hoping that they can get it together enough to do the most...
Read moreRoutinely this Walgreens pharmacy has some type of issue & they close the pharmacy. I put my order in & the automated directory tells me the hours they are open, ready for pick up, lunch break but NO answer to we will not be open tomorrow. Just pick up your order after 11am! I go the next day & once again a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience come back tomorrow!! Now I have to go to work đ & have no way of picking up my medication. I don't want to call out from work just to do this đ©!! Last month the pharmacy was closed for almost a week had to go to another Walgreens not close to home to retrieve my medications. The month before that closed on this day reopen the next day. This is Walgreens not some mom & pop pharmacy! I shouldn't have to subject myself with your competition to get my medications which is very & highly important for me to maintain my heart & my cancer. You need reliable staff or whatever is necessary for this pharmacy to compete with all the others that are near by. I could be a lucrative customer who needs his medications for the rest of my life Walgreens. Get it together already It's been a year & a half & still excuses as to why the pharmacy can't be open, I hate...
