We had a nightmare experience with our original jeweler who we purchased an engagement ring, wedding band, and diamond earrings from (this was not Goldpoint). Shockingly, all three pieces were falling apart

Goldpoint is ON point. Too many wonderful things to say. As we know, shopping is an experience...building a high praised piece of custom jewelry that signifies marriage is another story. From the retail point of view and the customization of expensive material and design/ master piece point of view, Sue and Olivia exceeds expectations.

I started visiting the store, shopping, asking questions and a few weeks later my mother presents me a diamond her mother kept for me. So of course I am returning to GP with this carat asking if they can make a drawing of mine come to life to be my 'family blessing engagement ring'!. With some prior relationship building, trust, advisement and GP sharing clear expertise, the outcome was unreal!!! Personable. Caring. Meticulous. Serious. Fun. Easy. Confident. Professional. Warm. These are all words that come to mind. With guidance, it was clear, the ring was going to come out beautifully. And it did!! From sketch, to another sketch to check ins to wax craving to actual ring, the process was easy, fun, fast and involved.

My partner and I got our engagement rings from Goldpoint, and we couldn’t be happier! We worked with Olivia (though Sue is also fantastic), and she was absolutely amazing – she brought our visions to life with so much care and expertise. Watching our rings go from concept to reality was such a cool experience!
