Mi Esquinita — Restaurant in New York

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. What I got was two uncooked flour tortillas - not crispy or even warm on the outside - with some flavorless chicken and maybe some sour cream in between. There was no melted cheese, so the quesadilla was not held together. If I tried to pick it up normally it would fall apart. I was starving so I still ate it. Big mistake.
