This review is about sustainability only! 😌 By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And 95% of the plastic that we do recycle—with good intention—ultimately ends up in a landfill, in the oceans, or in the incinerator. Of course, this breaks down into microplastics, which are making humans and other species sick. After all, plastics are made from fossil fuels. That’s why I was saddened to see so much plastic bottled water and beverages served at this theater the other night. Especially in a waterfront borough such as Brooklyn. Today, there are many more options that exist for venues like this to create less waste. For example, you could serve aluminum canned water instead of plastic bottled. You could do the same with sodas, opting for canned soda instead of plastic bottled. Aluminum can actually be recycled indefinitely, as opposed to plastic. You could promote on your social media and your website that patrons should bring their own refillable water bottles to avoid creating needless plastics. Maybe there is even some way you could incentivize it. There are plenty of movie theaters out there who are able to pull this off effectively, and I hope you will consider these suggestions seriously. A better, cleaner world is possible if both patrons and businesses work together to make it happen. Because of course, after this movie, I saw a theater floor littered with empty plastic bottles that were used just once. Or, I would see them in the trash cans that I passed. We simply can and must do better. As always, I love my experience here at the theater, but hope to see more sustainable and less trashy options available at your concessions. Thank you!

I just left the theater, I was there for the 4pm show. I was in theater 7. Which is in the basement. You have to take the stairs down. I was in row F, which is the back row. It was a horrible experience. I'll start with my height, I'm 5'7", my issue was there was absolutely NO leg room. I had to sit slanted, with one knee in between the seats in front, and the other behind the chair to my left. My friends who were with me are 4'11 and 5', who also had issues with leg space. The people in row E had no qualms in leaning all the way back, rocking their seat and putting their feet on the rail in front of them, which added to the weight of the seats that were cutting off our leg circulation. Terrible experience. Won't be back.

Sadly to say, I did not know that this theater existed because my son and I normally frequent the same theaters whenever we go out to the movies. However, I'm glad that I know about it now because I actually like it. It's not a large theater which is definitely cool when you want to get away from the large crowds. The crowd here was much more civilized, just the way that I like it. The manager was pretty friendly and helpful. The concession stands were well stocked and clean. The cashiers were really nice. The seating in the theater was plush and pretty comfy. I think that I've found a new movie theater to go when I want to avoid the large crowds.

I am 11 years old this was my first visit to this movie theater with my family. We were going to watch the Peanut movie. My mother bought the tickets early this would ensure we had a seat. We arrived at 4;30 for the 5:00 movie. We went inside by 4:45 and was told we had to leave my father asked the male usher why he stated you have to go back outside and get on a line if you don't you won't get in to see the movie. My father explained to this guy that we were outside and there is no line everyone is coming inside and we saw him taking tickets from other customers to go into theater room 2 as were to go into this same room. My father asked to speak to the manager. However, before that you had a very loud lady come out yelling if you don't go outside and wait on the line you will not be able to come inside and watch the movie. We did go outside and but there was no line again everyone was already inside be seated to prepare to watch the movie. I begin to feel some type of way. My parents always tell my sister and I the truth. I asked my mother are we being discriminated against. She stated yes, I didn't like this feeling. I told my father don't say anything else to any of this staff. I don't feel comfortable being here and i want to leave. I watch the manager snatch tickets out of my fathers hand and yell at him i giving you your money back come back another time you won't watch the movie her today. She was rude and unpleasant. I believe she said her name was Kiara. The staff was rude and behind the counter is dirty. Popcorn on the floor, greasy counter,Instead of yelling at the customers they need to clean behind...

I was super excited to see a spur-of-the-moment movie! And I’d seen a movie here before, so I thought “Okay cute easy let’s do this!!” So we get in the theater and it’s pretty packed. I don’t mind sitting close to the screen like I’ve sat in a lower section before so like no biggie. BABY GIRL!!! LET ME TELL YOU HOW WRONG I WAS! I was seriously looking straight up. Head cocked back and everything. Strugglin’. Mind you, the seats don’t really recline or move or anything. And I’m like, “How is a normal human suppose to look up and think that they can watch a whole movie?!” Like girl, I know we’re in NY so we’ve gotta be efficient with space but damn. Like, don’t make a seat that isn’t functional. And get this, we weren’t even on the very front row or anything. So, I’m like, “Do the owners of this place know about this? Like have they sat on the front row and watched an entire movie like this?” I couldn’t get through one commercial because my neck was bent back and it was just a hot ass mess. So my friend and I left before the movie even started. I’m just gonna throw it out there that you shouldn’t sell a ticket for an unfunctional view point. Don’t make a seat if it’s not functional? Like does that not make sense? Anyways, they’ve got some work to do on those front few rows because that was literally joke to think that anyone would try to watch a movie from that row. God bless those weary ass souls who decided to watch the movie like that. Hope you find some piece in your life. As for me, didn’t get it from this establishment. But...
