Bay Area Fremont Couple's Date ๐Ÿ’‹ 20 Must-Do Sweet Spots

This market is very busy. There are many fruit and vegetable stands. Organic, non-organic. Some selling what they grow, others selling for several farms. I saw many Asian vegetables, a variety of fruit, herbs, roasted peanuts, a few bakeries, kettle corn, hot corn on the cob, corn in a cup, baked potatoes, tacos. There was even some live music which is nice to shop to. Plenty of samples were available, and strawberries were well priced, cheaper than some other markets. It can be hot here, since it's in a parking lot, there's no shade from the blazing California sunshine, so on extra hot days it can be uncomfortable. I recommend bringing something to shade yourself and come early, not only to ensure you don't get overheated but also some things sell out quickly so you can miss out.

I recently visited a local farmers market and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one particular seller who was exceptionally rude. His lack of basic courtesy was startling, as he treated every customer with disdain and impatience. Itโ€™s baffling why anyone would choose to buy from him when there are so many other sellers who offer not only high-quality products but also friendly and respectful service. His attitude was a major disappointment, and Iโ€™d recommend avoiding his stall unless a significant change in demeanor occurs. The market should be a pleasant experience for everyone, and his behavior certainly detracted from that.

E & H Farms and J&J Ramos are the stars of the show! Get quality mushrooms from shiitake, lions mane, oyster, king trumpet, maitake, cinnamon caps, wood ear and last but not least beech mushrooms! They have all those varieties, but they carry only 5-6 varieties at a time! J&J Ramos farm always has the tastiest pink lady and Fuji apples. If you like walnuts too, go buy them here! They sell the walnuts still in the shell. When walnuts are in the shell, they haven't oxidized which mean those nutrients are still in there! When you buy walnuts out of the shell from your grocery store, they've spoiled! They no longer are nutritionally valid in your body at that point! This is my favorite farmers market of all time...
