Arc'teryx Old Orchard — Attraction in Niles Township

Horrible! Had to go to the store 2 times to get a coat repaired! After I left the store the second time, the guy said we’re sending it out for repair. When I got home, I got an email saying it’s not covered. It’s going to be a $57 fee. It’s going to be a totally different material and look terrible!! After corresponding with them via 15 emails they’re just going to send it back un-repaired ! Won’t be purchasing any new products in the future then at the end they offered to give me $67 dollars for a $400 jacket ! Screw Amer Sports go sell you...

Staff were excellent! The young man and lady that served me today were brilliant. They were friendly,enthusiastic and talked very highly of the brand. Overall the customer service was on point and thanks to the employees I will 100% be making more purchases from arc-terex when I return home...
